Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://littlewildpoppy.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Service Description. This Site describes Wedding Flower Bar, Corporate Event Flower Bar, Event Floral Setup, Custom Flower Arrangements provided by Little Wild Poppy. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Little Wild Poppy (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination. Little Wild Poppy may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Little Wild Poppy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Little Wild Poppy's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Wild Poppy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. NY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NY.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
